What is the best way to copy my music library to an external hard drive?
I want to take my brother and his business library. I tried once, simply copying the entire library, but when I open the drive, there is no album art or song information for any of the albums. Although I can play individual songs. Is this normal? It seems that I copied my library before, and he had all this information. Wil its Media Player to sort and add the information it needs once it settles in its library?
Yes this is normal. and for me the best way to copy your music library is go into your music file and select all then right click your mouse and select "Send To" menu should appear and send it to what ever letter your external drive. .---> Example (C:)
