Night Light
At what age should my child stop using a light at night?
I have 2 daughters, 7 and 3, and they are both terrified darkness. They will not even try to go to sleep without light at night. I myself was scared of the dark as a child and needed a night light until I was about 10. I wonder how much longer? Should I be concerned, especially the 7 years. Is she too old?
hey im 15 and I still use a night light. do not sweat it - its proven that some people sleep better with a little light, whatever their age, I did some research and found my parents, they stress wouldnt fight. more 7 isn't too old at all id say.
