World Cup
What is the requirement to host FIFA World Cup?
Can a country (who have never qualified to World Cup before) host the World Cup event? Or should the country qualify first before seeking the host?
If there were "carved in stone" requirements to host, they would be:
A) adequate infrastructure (lodging, transportation, security)
and
B) enough adequate stadia
Most any country on the planet with a few major cities will have A down but B isnt always an easily met criteria.
