I love my Purple 
For the 3 that you listed -- I like them in the order of their release (just like you have them listed)
1970 Deep Purple In Rock
1972 Made in Japan ( best Hard Rock Live album ever IMO
1968 Shades of Deep Purple ( amazing debut! At the time, any Rock band with classically influenced Keyboars was Labelled "Progressive" - even before King Crimson -- Purple has since be relabelled as Hard Rock or Metal... whatever
