What is the dress code in pubs and clubs in Sydney? ?
Yeah I know I sound like an idiot right about now .. I do not know the code dress. I'm 19, never been clubbing, or drink to that question .. Simply because I can not be disturbed, and I have nobody to go with it anyway .. But now I found a new circle of friends hanging out and experience the nightlife that I was missing out on .. So I thought I would ask whats the dress code for pubs and clubs in Sydney? What dos and don'ts when it comes to what to wear? I am a shy person, and I'm not lean on the side either. And I'm more of a jeans and t-shirt girl lol So yeah .. Thank you in advance.
It's winter so you can definitely wear jeans. I pair that fit well and as you said you are not skinny, get a pair bootleg. Then wear a pair of heels or ballet flats if you want to be more comforable. You can wear a nice top - not some kind of t-shirt, but something for the evening as you can find in Sportsgirl or have a look in Myer or David Jones - asking employees to trade for advice, it is their job. You can always ask your friends what they wear, or ask them if they want to go shopping with you, then they can help you choose a outifit. It also depends on the club you go to - if it is a dance club where you can dancing until 6am (at home or yu), then people will be in jeans and trainers. If it is a place like Argyle or "in bar "People will disguise. The most important thing is comfortable in your outfit, makes sure it fits properly so you do not pull your clothes all night.
