guys need to draw a black and white poster?

ok i need to draw a black and white poster for my dad's office which spreads positiveness . if not positiveness then it should look good according to office atmosphere.

My suggestion is to add a quotation or 2 somewhere on the poster. You could, in fact, Choose a quote & Then try to depict that through a visual. It is also a good idea to use numbers somewhere in the drawing [as your dad deals with numbers].
