Poster Lot

I am part of a large (40 "hx 55" W) Poster for my son's bedroom, but do not want to spend much. Ideas?

I do not really want to just pin / base / TAPE It Up. I want it to be prettier than that. I just want a simple thin black frame, but I know it will cost a fortune custome image Hobby Lobby or Michaels, although I am in a half-price sale. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a cheap solution. artists buying inexpensive canvas stretchers to the craft shop. They come in a variety of sizes and are made of wood. You can paint, stain, plaster or do anything in the wood to match the theme of the poster in his room or colors. You can also buy the card stock, cheap as a support or surround the poster if you can not get the shafts of the exact size of poster. If you want the look of glass on it, the home improvement store cut a piece of plexiglass to fit. You can tape adhesive fabric posterboard to the back and cover that brown paper, fabric, wallpaper or wrapping paper, even for a finished look. Then attach a suspension wire picture holders or forceps teeth at the back for wall mounting.
