The rule of AAR 84?
this applies to graffiti painted on the car logos
AAR Rule # 84 states that no Car may have billboards or ads on what might get routed from one company to another and select a customer of freight with the announcement erroneous. Rule No. 84 does not apply to railway cars that are not exchanged between different railroads.
