How many violations does it take to get a repeat poster of spam banned?
The poster of the 'site that makes you cash' must have gotten a couple of hundred violation notices by now, but still is able to post... what gives?

Here's the trick. Although it is the same ad, it's a "different" poster, so that one gets yanked, but he has loads and loads of other IDs.
